She has managed both new construction and major rehab projects. This has afforded Lottie a sensitivity toward her clients’ journey, gaining first hand perspective through her personal experiences.

FAMILY. A graduate of a Bachelors of Science in Organizational Management through Crichton College, Lottie is a born Memphis resident. She has two children, one of whom is an employee of the Memphis Police TACT/SWAT unit and the other of whom is a Dosimetrist. Both are proud honorees of Bachelor Degrees. Her knowledge of the area has helped her recognize the unique characteristics & benefits of living and working in Memphis and the surrounding areas.
