Lou Neeser is a Senior Property Manager for Kiemle Hagood, Spokane’s largest property management and commercial real estate company. Lou is a licensed REALTOR® and has more than 30 years experience in Property Management, Construction Management and Facilities Management. He joined Kiemle Hagood in 1994 and was quickly promoted to Construction Manager for the Single Family Housing Rehabilitation Program, administered through the City of Spokane. He has an extensive background in commercial and residential construction as a Project Superintendent, in addition to being a Facility Manager, Real Estate Appraiser and Housing Inspector.
