Louis Joined Maclaughlin and Company in August 2020, teaming up with Jim Maclaughlin and Rebecca Koons as their assistant property manager. He became a licensed agent in March of 2020, where he quickly took to commercial property management as well as leasing. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies and an emphasis in Economy and Industry. After graduating Louis made his way back to California with goals to pursue a career in real estate. He joined his cousin Mackenzie in aiming to continue the generational real estate conglomerate you see before you today. Assisting in management of product throughout the Sacramento, Stockton, and San Jose Sub Markets Louis performs a large scope of service including the contracting of vendors, execution of leases/renewals/expansions/terminations, collection of rents, scheduling access for vendors amongst tenants, providing notices, etc. To date Louis has already amounted $5,000,000.00 in total lease transactions since he was hired at Maclaughlin and Company, with a bright future in the industry ahead.
