Louis Pascuzzi is a Executive Managing Director in Newmark’s Dallas office, providing tenant representation consulting services to corporations and users of office and industrial product. His focus on helping clients to maximize the value of their real estate strategy consistently results in significant occupancy savings for his clients, both during a lease transaction and throughout the term of their lease.
Pascuzzi works closely with all team members, both internal and outsourced, to accomplish his clients’ corporate objectives. Among the many projects Pascuzzi has helmed, his most recent work with Ecolab, EMC Insurance Companies and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics exemplifies the dedication and teamwork that he brings to his position daily.
Pascuzzi joined Newmark in 2018, upon the firm’s acquisition of acclaimed tenant representation firm Jackson Cooksey, which he joined in 2001, consistently earning a top producer designation. Pascuzzi brings a host of financial and analytical experience to his position, having spent several years working in finance at EDS before moving to real estate.
