Loye Hamilton, owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Hamilton & Associates, and Coldwell Banker Hamilton & Associates, which services your residential needs, is a Cleveland, Tennessee native. He is also proud to be the only, strictly “commercial” office in his home town. He became a licensed real estate professional in 1978. Mr. Hamilton specializes in marketing commercial and industrial properties. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute, GRI. He is also a member of the River Counties Association of REALTORS® and RCMLS and the Chattanooga MLS; the Tennessee Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. He was recognized as Realtor of the Year for 1987 and is active in the local Chamber of Commerce along with other civic organizations.
