Lucas has been working in Commercial Real Estate since 2013 and has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of the Calgary downtown office leasing market during his time in brokerage. Lucas continues to advance professionally, now as a Senior Manager of Leasing on behalf of an institutional owner and creates long term value through investment management.
Lucas began his Commercial Real Estate career in Toronto, Ontario, followed by Calgary, Alberta, specializing in downtown office leasing with Colliers International in both markets. His experience allowed him to gain broad exposure to the largest office market in Canada and develop a multi-faceted understanding of tenant and corporate requirements. Lucas had the opportunity to work closely with institutional and private owners of office buildings and successfully created and executed comprehensive leasing strategies.
