Bio
Luciana L. González spent fifteen years in public service, moving her way up the ranks at the City of Miami to ultimately become the Assistant Director of Planning and Zoning. She served as the city's project Manager for Miami 21, the City's zoning code, and had a significant role its development, managing all day-to-day activities, strategizing community outreach and marketing efforts, briefing political leaders, drafting legislation, and leading its subsequent implementation. She has played a role in the review of major projects such as Brickell Citycentre, Miami Worldcenter, the Design District, and many other high profile projects in the City of Miami. Luciana possesses a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida International University. She has lectured at the Hollo School of Real Estate at Florida International University, is a featured speaker at industry-related events and conferences, and serves on various committees and boards within her community . She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exercising. Luciana is part of Apex Capital Realty and brings a wealth of knowledge in land use/zoning and the regulatory framework in addition to her well-established network to add value and facilitate real estate transactions.
