Specializes in shopping centers, restaurants, multi family, land, and hotels and motels. Lucy has been very successful in different sectors of sales in real estate. She is an expert in public relations and client representation.
She has taken leadership roles in the Asian community and has been very successful in the New Orleans commercial real estate market. After Hurricane Katrina, Lucy sparked the interest of investors nationally and internationally to help rebuild the City of New Orleans. Since the 90s she has promoted the Pilot Immigrant Investor Program for New Orleans Central Business District drawing international clients to invest locally.
Lucy has been awarded numerous awards in commercial real estate since the early 90s. Since 2001 Lucy has received the CID Achievement Award annually. She was also the recipient of the RE/MAX Regional Award, RE/MAX 100% Award, NOMAR Gold Award. She was honored in 2007 and 2016 with the RE/MAX Platinum Award and International Hall of Fame Award. Lucy has been honored as the top 5th agent of the RE/MAX Dixie Region for 2016. She also received the Overall Top Special Purpose Producer Award from CID in 2016, RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020, and CID Top Hotel Producer in 2021.
