With over a decade of commercial real estate experience, Luis has established himself as a consistent top producing broker in the Toronto market. Luis provides clients with strategic information they need to make educated and timely decisions in the fast-moving market. This experience has provided him with an advanced understanding of the dynamics of the real estate market and the strategies needed to deliver successful results for his clients.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates Toronto as Senior Vice President and Partner, Luis was a top producing broker for Cushman & Wakefield Toronto office and prior to that worked within the Sales and Marketing team for GE Canada’s lighting division providing exceptional service and results to key accounts and ensuring sales strategies and objectives were met. His education in Business from the University of Guelph and his Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management provides him with the knowledge base necessary to successfully execute and deliver results. Over his career, Luis has been exposed to a vast degree of challenges, intricate client needs and forward thinking initiatives; from smaller transactions to larger, more complex, corporate client mandates.
