Bio
Luis is a managing director in the Miami office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate investment advisory. As a member of the Miami Investment Advisory Group, he is primarily responsible for the sale and capitalization of industrial assets located throughout the Southeast United States. Throughout the course of his career, he has been involved in the sale and recapitalization of more than $7.5 billion of commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Castillo joined the firm in September 2004 as an analyst. Prior to JLL, he was a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Industry Capital Management and worked as an Associate in the Multi-housing Investment Sales Group at Arroyo & Coates.
