Luke has served Savarino Property Management Company as Vice President since 2015, overseeing more than 400,000 square feet of commercial and residential space at 500 Seneca and Buffalo River Landing. Luke manages all aspects of the operations and leasing of both properties, with a focus on long-term financial planning and adding value to the assets.
A Western New York native, Luke spent more than 20 years in New York City in both city government and the real estate field. Most recently, he managed 500 Fifth Avenue, a 700,000-square-foot commercial office building at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 42nd Street in Manhattan.
A graduate of Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Mr. Cusack specializes in tenant relations and community building. Luke also serves his community as a Board President at the CEPA Gallery, an organization focused on contemporary photography exhibitions and arts education.
