Luke Nill joined the FMS team in early 2017. Luke hails from Long Island, New York and has an impressive background in real estate, marketing, and finance. Luke is a welcomed addition to the FMS team as a Sales and Leasing Manager. Luke is well-rounded, with substantial knowledge of the national healthcare industry and an active role in the South Florida medical community. Luke values being an expert in the local healthcare community, working with a wide range of clients from private practices to regional multi-locational physician groups. This has not stopped him from forging opportunities and client relationships in medical markets throughout the state of Florida.
Luke was introduced to the firm while attending Florida Atlantic University, majoring in Business Management and minoring in Entrepreneurship. He earned the opportunity to become part of our team through his persistent and relentless drive. His aggressive desire to learn and intrapreneurial mindset have enabled him to work directly with the principals of FMS. He has advanced quickly and solidified his position as a premier medical real estate consultant.
When not working in real estate, Luke is an avid boater and international traveler, pursuing his passion for the outdoors whenever he gets a chance. He has a life-long quest to navigate global mountains ranges, seas, and wildlife habitats.
