Ms. Nichols specializes in the sale of commercial real estate in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties, focusing on industrial and office properties. A licensed real estate agent since 1989 and a Registered Assistant Appraiser since 2000, her commercial real estate and appraisal experience has afforded Ms. Nichols extensive knowledge of the South Florida's real estate market. With expertise in financial analysis, lease negotiations and contract negotiations, Ms. Nichols succeeds in helping her clients accomplish their goals. Ms. Nichols has represented national companies including Denny's, Sherwin-Williams Paint, Dunkin Donuts , Verizon and Chicago Tribune (Sun-Sentinel) and has consistently achieved record breaking prices.

A native South Floridian, Ms. Nichols graduated with a BBA in Marketing Management from Florida Atlantic University, has taken CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) courses and has completed programs with the Appraisal Institute and Dale Carnegie Sales Training. She is an active member of the Broward Alliance, American Business Women's Association, and NAI Investment Council, participates in a number of local charities and is a member of various real estate industry organizations.
