Lynne joined Warren Commercial Real Estate in the Fall of 2021. She brings 26+ years of experience in acquisitions, development, tenant and landlord representation with an emphasis on single tenant development projects. She is experienced in identifying and negotiating commercial and retail acquisitions along with executing the due diligence required for pre and post development projects. She has developed and executed successful new market retail strategies and completed projects with values of $225K to $25M.
Part of the Nashville community since 2007, Lynne is a tutor for the Nashville Adult Literacy Council. She is a native of Ocean Springs, MS and a graduate of Auburn University. She enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, gardening, and trips to the dog park.
