Lyuba Bakalova joined Savills as a project manager in 2015 after a career as both a designer and a practicing architect. In her current role as an owner’s representative, Lyuba acts as an advisor as well as the project lead throughout the entire design and construction process.
She is a licensed architect with nearly 20 years of experience working on a wide range of projects including corporate interiors, museums, retail and residential renovation as well as set design for theatre and TV. Her strong technical background coupled with her deep knowledge of design provides her clients with a compelling, multidisciplinary perspective in the increasingly complex world of real estate and construction.
Her expertise covers all aspects of project management from assistance with initial site selection and evaluation to design development and construction implementation right through relocation and post move-in services.
Lyuba is a client advocate, sensitive to the unique requirements of each project and she is adept at providing a tailored approach to situations based on the individual needs of each organization.
