As a Realtor specializing in the Upstate of South Carolina and having lived in Northern Greenville County for most of my life, I am knowledgeable about and have a love for, the variety of vistas which abound in the Upstate of SC. From towering mountains to clear, refreshing lakes, from fragrant woodlands to exciting cityscapes, from a contemporary condo near the hustle and bustle of downtown or a cozy bungalow in a quaint small town, from a wide-open horse farm with mountain views, and babbling brooks and crashing waterfalls to a mountain retreat filled with peace and quiet... I will go the extra mile, paying attention to detail, in order to help you find that place that whispers "Home". <br>I have experience with First Time Buyers, Veterans, investors, those who have less than stellar credit as well as cash buyers. Whether acreage and investment purchases and sales, subdivisions and family farms I surround myself with a list of quality, professionals, and vendors that you can choose from whether you need a lender, inspector, contractor, surveyor or other. I have listed and sold many properties that other agents turned away from because they were considered difficult. I love a challenge. <br>For the past 25 years, I have been a home school mom to four children, three of whom have graduated. The youngest is a freshman at Greer Middle College. I have consecutively held 2-3 part-time jobs during the home school years which included everything from preparing meals for 400+ campers at Look Up Lodge to shepherding 400+ sheep for a local farmer. <br>I have worked for several years as the Upstate SC Coordinator of Gleaning for The Society of St. Andrew, getting food from the farms to the hungry in our communities. We were able to provide over 115,000 lbs of produce to the hungry, mostly in Greenville County in my last year as supervisor.
