Maci is a Top Producing Realtor with a real passion for what she does, this is sure to exude in any transaction she is part of. Maci was born and raised on the Central Coast and graduated from Atascadero High School. Her love of real estate began at a young age alongside her parents who bought and sold many properties during Maci’s childhood. The buying and selling process was one of her favorite things to accompany her parents on. Maci knew that her career path in the future would take her in the direction of Real Estate.<br />At 19 years of age, Maci obtained her Real Estate Salesperson’s license and began her career and also bought her first home within that same year. Along- side of practicing real estate, Maci opened a sandwich shop in Atascadero in 2011 called Maci’s Deli & Drinkery where she worked daily serving the locals and focusing on excellent customer service. She met many great people during this time, but decided to sell her deli in December of 2012 to pursue her passion for real estate full time.<br />January 1st of 2013 kicked off Maci’s full-time devotion to solely real estate sales. She quickly exceeded her own goals for production and soared to be- come the Top Producer at Platinum Properties for 2013. She earned awards for Top Producer, Top Buyer’s Agent, & Highest Dollar Volume & Number of Sales for that company in 2013 and repeated this pattern again earning the same for 2014. Maci also had the highest number of Buyer Transactions closed in 2014 in all of North County per the Central Coast Regional MLS for all Realtors holding membership in North SLO County. In 2017 she was recognized by the national REALTOR Magazine as a 30 Under 30 Honoree, which is an incredible honor in our small town.<br />Maci has served as a Director on the Atascadero Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 2010 & 2011, and served as Vice President in 2012. Maci’s strongest attributes include her constant communication, service oriented attitude, and problem-solving skills. Maci’s clients joke that she eats, sleeps, & breathes Real Estate. Aside from her career in sales, Maci also manages her own personal rentals and does some real estate investing of her own. She is well rounded in all aspects of the business, as she has remodeled properties of her own and has an eye for a diamond in the rough. Although she does make herself avail- able virtually any time to her clients, she also enjoys spending time with her family and 3 dogs.<br />Hard work and determination have always been a staple in her life which was instilled upon her from her great grandfather since she was little girl. Maci’s drive and entrepreneurial attitude have only grown over the years, and she is not afraid to go the extra mile to ensure her clients are happy.
