Bio
a highly effective manager accustomed to working in a high performance culture with a proven track record of exceeding targets. A key skill is developing and implementing highly successful enterprise and employability programmes, creating an environment where team members are motivated to perform and succeed. She has many years experience in management and has an excellent grasp of unemployment issues having worked in economic development for over 10 years. A core skill set is her ability to build relationships across the public and private sector and is this evidenced by a number of key partnership models established across the region ensuring a customer focussed quality service is provided to service users. By nature she is creative and innovative in her approach and in particular in the design, development and delivery of both local and national programmes using a wide range of channels from traditional methods such as events, to extensive use of social media to stimulate demand and create awareness of support services.
