Malcolm McComb is Executive Vice President of CB Richard Ellis' Atlanta Multi-Housing Properties Group. He is also a member of CB Richard Ellis' "Institutional Group." The Institutional Group comprises approximately 35 of the firm's most experienced investment sales professionals, specializing in the execution of larger investment transactions and portfolio assignments. McComb has negotiated the sale of approximately 50,000 apartment units throughout the United States.
