Mallory Hoffmeyer is the Director of Transitions for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Mallory oversees the Transitions team, which facilitates smooth onboarding and offboarding of communities, and the Due Diligence team, which conducts audits to compile data for use in property purchases and asset decision-making. She has a focus on automating and streamlining processes to exceed the expectations of our clients as well as create fulfilling experiences for RangeWater’s on-site teams & residents.
Mallory joined the RangeWater family in 2015 as a Community Director after getting her start in the multifamily industry in 2010. Mallory’s diverse experience includes oversight of new developments, value-add communities, student turns, and third-party acquisitions in numerous markets. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and on the RPM Careers Committee for the National Apartment Association. In 2022, she was awarded Volunteer of the Year for her work as the Special Events Committee Chair, providing high-quality engagement and recognition opportunities for multifamily members, in 2021 and received Property Manager of the Year prior to joining the home office team.
She currently resides in Winter Park, FL with her two fur babies. She enjoys travel, reading, yoga, volunteer work with foster youth, and always has a good podcast recommendation!
