Bio
Mandy has several years of entrepreneurial experience and business ownership. She created, and operated three unique and profitable businesses, Mandy’s Candies, Kalamazoo Clipper Magazine, and Incite Promotions. In 2004, she obtained her real estate license and worked in new home sales and construction.
Mandy attended San Diego College, where she graduated with a Degree in Communications and obtained a certification in film & video production. After college Mandy developed a promotional modeling agency that represented and marketed several national wine and spirits products. In 2008, Mandy published the Kalamazoo Clipper, a local advertising magazine. After selling the business in 2012, she created Mandy’s Candies, a vintage candy store & coffee shop. She and her husband have two daughters attending the University of Michigan and Michigan State.
Mandy loves the outdoors and spends most of her free time in Northern Michigan, cross-country skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and exploring Lake Michigan shorelines.
