As Client Service Manager, Mara Andreano is responsible for organizing market surveys and tours, financial analysis, as well as supporting the lease negotiation process. Additionally, Mara helps prepare and coordinate proposals, presentations, contracts and required documentation to close completed transactions. Mara also assists with business development and market research. Mara’s notable clients include Chipotle, Encana, Special Olympics of Colorado, and Sherman & Howard.
Mara joined Savills in January 2017, after working for a decade at JLL, assigned to enhance the Denver Tenant Representation Group’s Transaction Management capabilities and service levels. She has developed new Transaction Management tools, case studies and best practices to highlight new strategic opportunities for her team and their clients. Mara also assisted the Corporate Client Development Team to qualify and develop prospects such as Procter & Gamble, Zurich and Canon. Before working at JLL, Mara was a Research Analyst for Fiserv Lending Solutions’ Sub-Prime Due-Diligence Loan department. Her responsibilities included analyzing the risk associated with different packages of loans and producing client deliverable reports.
