Bio
Marc Burns joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2004 and serves as Senior Vice President of development and land acquisition. Marc’s area of focus is the entire Western Region spanning from Southern California, to Seattle, Portland, Phoenix and Salt Lake City. With over 500 acres of land acquisition for the company, Marc has been involved in just over 5.5 million square feet of entitlements, construction, leasing and sales.
Prior to joining Majestic, Marc spent 16 years with CB Richard Ellis as a Senior Vice President concentrating on land acquisition and development opportunities, tenant representation, industrial and sales and leasing, as well as numerous investment sales. Marc spent his entire brokerage career working the Inland Empire areas of Southern California.
Marc earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a native of Southern California and resides in Yorba Linda with his wife and 4 children.
