Marc Moran is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry since 2002. Marc currently specializes in commercial real estate sales/leasing and investments but also has a proven record in Project Management through Client Owner representation. Marc is a lifelong resident of South Texas, but he began his real estate career in San Antonio, Texas, where he graduated from The University of Texas-San Antonio with a BBA in Marketing and earned his Real Estate license in 2002. In 2004, Marc moved to South Texas and joined Coldwell Banker. Over the course of his career, he has represented numerous local and regional/national companies. In addition, he has been involved in Residential, Commercial, and Mix-Use Development Projects. Marc’s success not only comes from his extensive experience and knowledge in Real Estate but also from his ability to establish himself within the community and among his peers as a person with a strong commitment to high professional standards. A person who approaches his real estate business from a client-centric perspective, choosing to focus his efforts on building long-term relationships with his clients.
