Marc Packman, a Manhattan leasing specialist, is currently Managing Director of Leasing for Fisher Brothers Management Company, representing their 6,000,000-square-foot portfolio of trophy Midtown assets including Park Avenue Plaza, 299 Park Avenue, 1345 Avenue of the Americas and 605 Third Avenue. Before joining fisher Brothers, Marc was previously Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at Trinity Real Estate, overseeing leasing of its 6,000,000-square-foot portfolio of commercial real estate in the Hudson Square submarket of New York. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Packman was Senior Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategic Agency Services Group, where he was responsible for over 10 million square feet of the company’s leasing agencies, including 1 World Trade Center, 1 Hudson Square, 77 Water Street, 650 Fifth Avenue, and 1166 Avenue of the Americas. Prior to Mr. Packman’s tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, he was a Director of Leasing at Tishman Speyer, where he handled leasing for every Tishman Speyer property in the New York area during his tenure - including Rockefeller Center, 300 Park Avenue, and the Chrysler Building, amounting to a portfolio of over 10 million square feet. Mr. Packman has fifteen years of experience in New York City commercial real estate, where he has concluded approximately 250 leasing transactions totaling 5,000,000 square feet. Some of his specific accomplishments include a 320,000-square-foot renewal and expansion for Latham & Watkins at the Lipstick Building, a 267,000-square-foot lease with GE Capital at 777 Long Ridge Road, a 260,000-square-foot lease with Havas at 200 Hudson Street, 229,000 square feet of leases with DE Shaw at 1166 Avenue of the Americas, 150,000 square feet of leases with Horizon Media at 1 Hudson Square, a 147,000-square-foot lease with Omnicom at 1 Hudson Square, a 101,000-square-foot lease with AT&T at 77 Water Street, a 100,000-square-foot lease with Medidata at 350 Hudson Street, and a 100,000-square-foot lease with Eli Lilly / ImClone at East River Science Park. Mr. Packman received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Washington University in St. Louis. He is currently both an active member and a previous Membership Chairperson of the Young Men’s / Women’s Real Estate Association. He is also an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Washington University in St. Louis Alumni and Parents Admission Program.
