Over his career Mr. Policarpo has negotiated many of the largest and most complex commercial transactions in the tri-state region. He has been a trusted advisor to major corporations for strategic portfolio management and lease administration, and has been called upon to testify as an expert witness in real estate cases.
Mr. Policarpo is an active principle in several real estate projects including the award-winning redevelopment of Ambler Yards, a 285,000 sq. ft. multi-building, mixed-use campus in Ambler, PA, as well as a 230,000 sq. ft. warehouse/office redevelopment in Gloucester City, NJ.
Mr. Policarpo’s client list ranges from multi-national conglomerates to individual entrepreneurs and investors. He has marketed properties and closed transactions involving such clients as Comcast Corporation, Sony USA, US Postal Service, Toll Brothers, BASF, Liberty Property Trust, NVR/Ryan Homes, ExxonMobil, Campbell Soup Company, Shell Oil, Sysco Foods, and Brandywine Realty Trust, just to name a few.
Prior to forming Westfield Real Estate in 2018 Mr. Policarpo spent 30 years as a commercial broker with Binswanger and Colliers International. Prior to his real estate career, he was a hotel management and marketing executive with Sheraton Corporation and Holiday Inns.
