Mr. Samuels is currently an associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial brokerage team in Chicago. Working alongside industry veterans, Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner, Mr. Samuels and the team specialize in industrial transactions in the Lake County, O’Hare, Cook County and Southeast Wisconsin submarkets. In his role, Mr. Samuels focuses on new business development, market research, financial analysis and strategic planning on behalf of his clients.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Samuels worked as an account executive in the wholesale industry servicing accounts on a global level. Mr. Samuels is a graduate of the University of Iowa and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
