Marc Simon joined Isaacs and Company in 2003 after more than a decade in the commercial real estate field. His range of experience includes work with numerous retail and commercial tenants and a broad variety of public sector tenants including the City of New York, New York State and the MTA. In addition to retail and office leasing, Marc has been involved with a variety of building sales for both private developers and companies in the fashion industry. His expertise and education in the field of architecture provides a unique perspective with regard to the selection of appropriate sites for his commercial customers and clients.
Marc graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with two degrees in architecture. Prior to his work in the real estate field, he was involved in numerous architectural and interiors projects in New York City.
