Marci Phillips is Senior Vice President for Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s corporate office in Virginia Beach. Marci began her commercial real estate career in 1994 and has developed her expertise in office, medical and retail leasing.
Before moving to Virginia Beach and joining Divaris, Marci previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Leasing with Madison Marquette Real Estate, Inc. (formerly known as PM Realty Group) in Houston, Texas, for over 23-years. During her time with Madison Marquette Real Estate Marci was responsible for leasing a portfolio of 1.8 million sq. ft. of office, retail, medical and industrial space. She also spearheaded the coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives for the portfolio and was actively involved as an exclusive landlord representative.
Marci brings 30 years of experience and proven success in leasing commercial real estate and has specialized in third-party landlord representation for national REIT’s, national commercial real estate investment companies, institutional owners, and local investors.
