In late 1999, I entered the real estate industry driven by a passion for fixer-uppers and development. After the 2007 Financial Crash, I transitioned to become a real estate agent, adapting to market conditions. I co-founded Capstone Realty and Associates, focusing on residential, commercial, and new build properties.
Engaging in property flipping, I successfully turned over approximately 60 properties, yielding a cumulative net profit exceeding $500,000. Despite the challenges of the post-crash market from 2007 to 2015, I provided valuable insights to clients, strategically positioning Capstone Realty and Associates as a competitive firm in the Tampa Bay area.
Emphasizing client education, especially for buyers, I diversified services and achieved notable financial success with $48,220,927 in gross sales and $936,000 in Gross Commission Income (GCI). Simultaneously, I played a role in building the largest XR studio at Universal Studios Orlando, showcasing ongoing innovation.
