Marek Rich, a 15+ year veteran in the commercial real estate industry joined Scheer Partners as Vice President.
Rich’s professional expertise is in industrial services with a focus on the leasing & sales of warehouse and flex space properties. A native of Maryland who currently lives in Washington, DC, Rich has over 15 years of experience in the leasing and sales of commercial properties throughout the metropolitan region.
He has worked with both tenants and landlords during his career, specializing in services such as facility and strategic planning, financial and portfolio analysis, and market evaluation. Most recently before coming on board at Scheer Partners, Rich served for roughly a decade as an assistant vice president with Rockville-based HBW Group. Prior to that, he was a sales and leasing associate in the District of Columbia with Insignia/ESG, now a part of CB Richard Ellis.
Rich first entered the commercial real estate sector while serving as a leasing associate with Transwestern, also in D.C.
