Margaret Anne Bruce graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelors Degree in business and Marketing. Her activities/clubs at the University involved Kappa Kappa Gamma, Homecoming, blood drive organizer and volunteer, Greek week sports, Spirit club, Boys & Girls Club and Special Olympics volunteer and many more. Margaret started at Block & Company in May 2005 as an administrative assistant to several property managers in the Asset Management department. In 2006, Margaret became a full time Leasing and Sales Associate with Block & Company. Margaret is a licensed Real Estate Broker Salesperson in Missouri and a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in Kansas. Margaret specializes in retail leasing and tenant representation. She has worked with local and national retail tenants such as Contours Express, Smoothie King, Crickets, Cabinet Clad of Kansas City, Bargains 365, and many more. Margaret has worked in all areas of Commercial Real Estate in the Kansas City Metropolitan area including: Kansas City, Lee's Summit, Overland Park, Lenexa and Prairie Village, North Kansas City, Leawood, Mission, St. Joseph and many more.
