Margaret Richardson is a Hampton Roads native born and raised in Virginia Beach. She attended Old Dominion University and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in English and a Master of Science in Special Education. Margaret taught children with learning disabilities for nine years in Hampton and Newport News. She began her real estate career with Cross Realty (then RE/MAX AcrossTown) in 2004. She became an Associate Broker in 2019. Margaret is a Hampton Roads Realtors Association member and served on the Board of Directors and other committees. She has won multiple awards for sales and customer service over the years. Margaret and her husband have two grown children and live in Smithfield. Over the years, she's been active in her church and enjoys Smithfield and Suffolk community events, playing trivia and the beach. Margaret is a highly knowledgeable and professional Realtor who takes pride in her personal integrity.
