Margot Dempsey works with the Industrial Capital Markets team in the Collier’s Rosemont office. In her role, Margot provides financial analysis and advisory for investment sales of industrial properties for single assets and property portfolios. Margot specializes in determining optimal transaction structures, identifying cost savings opportunities and aligning financial objectives with real estate occupancy decisions. Margot’s team is consistently recognized as the top industrial sales group in Chicago, closing upwards of $650 million in sales this year.
Prior to joining Colliers, Margot was an associate on the downtown agency leasing team for JLL in Chicago, focused on office leasing, marketing, deal analysis, broker engagement and managing the transaction process. She was involved in leasing the Aon Center, One North State and various loft buildings in Fulton Market and River North with an aggregate asset value of over $1.24 billion.
