As a Senior Associate with the Retail Services team, Maria utilizes her impressive experience in Landlord representation to assist with the agency leasing of retail lifestyle centers.
Prior to joining Colliers, Maria most recently worked with Philadelphia-based MSC Retail’s University division, handling campus-edge and on-campus retail, primarily on behalf of landlords. During her time at MSC, Maria was responsible for leasing more campus-edge retail than anyone else in the country, accounting for roughly 350,000 SF across 30 markets, including State College, Clemson, Tallahassee, and more.
