Maria Minico Hayes has 10 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. Maria was previously part of a successful real estate team whose commercial clients included big players such as Southland, Precision Tune, Wawa and Royal Farms. Her residential client base includes everyone from first-time homebuyers, to investors, to relocating residents (both local and international).
Maria started her career in real estate with a management job in a commercial office, and soon thereafter became a fully licensed agent. She grew her residential business quickly and has been a consistent top producer. Maria has managed to increase her production and client base tremendously every year, but her real pride comes from the relationships she has developed.
