As part of the team responsible for executing various assignments, Marie actively contributes to tenant representation, agency leasing, site selection, and disposition of industrial real estate for clients spanning across Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware.
In early 2017, JLL strategically formed its Northeast Industrial Region by consolidating industrial brokerage operations in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania into a cohesive and efficient unit. Marie played a crucial role in this integration, which aimed to enhance client service by viewing the industrial sector in these four states as a large interconnected market. The Northeast Industrial Market, overseen by Marie and her team, encompasses an impressive 1.54 billion square feet of industrial space, solidifying its position as the largest industrial market in the United States.
