Bio
After joining the Property Management Department at D&P Holt in 2005, Marie studied long distance at the College of Estate Management and gained her Post-Graduate Diploma in Surveying. She then went on to pass her Assessment of Professional Competence at the RICS and became a Charted Surveyor in 2008.
Marie works closely with both Landlords and Tenants, and helps them with general day to day property management issues. She administers the collection of rent and service charges and accounts to clients at the end of each quarter. She also accounts and reconciles the service charges at the end of each year. Marie deals with the re-letting of space within the portfolio of properties that she manages, as well as any lease renewals and rent reviews.
In her own time Marie is a mum of two, enjoys socialising with friends and family and visiting places of interest.
