Mario Zaragoza was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Zaragoza holds 2 master’s degrees and 1 bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M International University, including an Associate Degree from Laredo Community College. Graduating from J.W. Nixon H.S., Mr. Zaragoza has also earned a vast experience in government, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations, holding numerous positions and being elected to numerous bodies of organizations in a democratic protocol. He spent the vast majority of his education career in Texas public schools, as a teacher, coach, and administrator for close to 16 years. His experience and knowledge are fundamental to the growth of our communities and the global economy. Lastly, educated in the School of Champion Real Estate, affiliated with Lone Star College in San Antonio, Texas, he attained his real estate certificates in mid-2013. Mr. Zaragoza received his Broker license from Texas Real Estate Commission in early 2019 and Loan Originator from the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending in 2022. He became a successful real estate broker & loan broker, property manager, and investor. His leadership in the industry has helped many families and businesses grow. Mr. Zaragoza combined his education credentials and real estate career at Laredo Community College as a Real Estate Instructor, educating minds and building our community for a better tomorrow.
