Bio
Marion is a Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. With over 17 years of experience, she has deep experience in both institutional and middle-market arenas. Marion is known for her deal-making, underwriting, presentation and communication skills, as well as for her abilities to develop and execute real estate strategies for clients. Having extraordinary experience across a broad range of capital markets services, she will provide insight and guidance to JLL clients negotiating a shifting market. Prior to joining JLL, Marion was with a number of top commercial real estate firms, where she co-led teams of professionals providing investment sales and advisory services. During the course of her career, she has closed $9 billion in investment sales and capital market transactions. Marion was named as a New York City Power Woman by Bisnow and Woman of Influence by GlobeSt. She serves as a Board Member and volunteers for Phipps Neighborhoods.
Ms. Pavone previously was the Founder and Principal of New Doric Advisory Services, LLC where she performed marketing, strategic support, and capital raise services to privately-held real estate investors, funds and partnerships. Prior to forming New Doric, Ms. Pavone was a Senior Associate in the New York City office of Savills, a London-based real estate services firm.
Prior to that, she worked at CB Richard Ellis as a Senior Associate in the Investment Properties Group where she was involved in the marketing of several large-scale multi-family transactions, including The Kings and Queens (LeFrak) portfolio to Urban American, the Kushner portfolio to AIMCO, and Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town to Tishman Speyer. Her experience in office sales includes the sale of 100 William Street to Mitsui Fudosan and 16 Court Street in Brooklyn to SL Green. Ms. Pavone also worked within the Capital Markets group at CBRE, where she helped secure mortgage debt for commercial real estate across the country. Her real estate career began in corporate real estate consulting at CBRE, where she worked with clients such as General Motors, Northrup Grumman, and the State of Texas.
Ms. Pavone graduated with honors from Tulane University and received her graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She also received a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
