Mark Abrams, the founder of Premier Commercial Properties in 2001, has been in real estate for 16 years. He specializes in the north shore and particularly in Western Suffolk County; although he transacts deals all over. About 80% of his business is within five to ten miles of Huntington Village (Huntington, Northport, Commack, Smithtown, etc.).
In the past 12 years he has sold more than 60 buildings in the Huntington area. He has also completed several hundred leases in the area.
He does investment transactions with office buildings, retail buildings, strip centers, and industrial buildings. His main focus is on user properties like the Huntington Atrium (80,000 SF of professional office condos).
His sales range $500,000 to $5,000,000.
