Mark is consistently one of the top producers in the Champlain/Northern Adirondack Multiple Listing Service. He has won the Merrill L. Thomas Top Gun Award for highest volume of sales 14 times. In 2019 Mark has exceeded $24 million dollars in sales and listings closed including a record $11.4 millon waterfront listing closed on Lake Placid Lake. Over the past 28 years Mark has successfully handled transactions totaling in excess of $175 million. He is a life long resident of Lake Placid and graduate of Northwood School and the University of New Hampshire Whitemore School of Business and Economics. During the 1980 Winter Olympics, Mark was the LPOOC Director of Official Housing and Guest Services. He and his wife Debora owned and operated a sportswear store in Lake Placid for over 27 years. Mark served as a Director/Chairman of the Lake Placid Commerce Bureau and Board Chairman of Placid Memorial Hospital. With over 28 years of real estate sales experience, Mark specializes in second home vacation properties, Adirondack Great Camps and commercial investment properties.
