Mark J. Balistierri - Mark has been ion the real; estate business since 1977. Mark studied exchanging and investment counseling for several years under the tutelage of the Wisconsin Exchange Club and rose to become the President of that organization many years later. Mark was also a CCIM candidate for a number of years and successfully completed most of the courses offered in the investment real estate realm. Mark has brokered numerous transactions involving investment or business property as well as having acted as a principal in a variety of business ventures. Mark is very knowledgeable about the various exchange and tax deferral methods available in situations where tax issues are a concern.
