Mark Baranski is a Vice President and Development Manager of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings, where he focuses on multifamily development projects in Boston and the Northeast region of the United States.
Since joining the firm in 2016, Mark has developed, or is in pre-development, on over $500 million in new development since joining TCR and manages the development team from Due Diligence through Certificate of Occupancy.
Mark received a Master of Science in Real Estate & Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where his thesis was published in Real Estate Economics. Since 2008, he has served as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University and the Wentworth Institute of Technology, teaching finance and real estate development to both undergrad and graduate students. He also serves as a mentor for students at MIT’s Center for Real Estate.
