Mr. Bomse joined Greenberg Gibbons in 1997 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing. He is involved in acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing of the company’s portfolio of properties. Prior to joining the company, he was leasing/asset manager for a portfolio of retail assets located in Broward and Palm Beach counties, Fla., and president of Neighborhood Management Group in Baltimore. Mr. Bomse holds a Bachelor of Science from York College of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
