Mr. Bonas has established himself as a market leader in the mid to large private capital assets, not only in the Central Valley, but Central Coast and Antelope Valley, as well. Mark has been involved in many notable sales during his 30+year brokerage career and has extensive experience in mortgage financing. He holds a bachelor of science degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate from San Diego State University. Additionally, Mr. Bonas is a member of the Kern Economic Development Corporation.
