Mark Boone is a licensed commercial real estate broker who manages sales and leasing for LanCarte Commercial Real Estate as well as third-party properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Through effective marketing and successful contract negotiations, Mark has brought quality tenants and sale prospects to the developments that Realty Capital represents. During his career at Realty Capital, Mark has closed over $100 million in real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the company, Mark served as Vice President of Capital Markets at Realty Capital Partners where he was responsible for raising equity through individual and financial advisors. Previously, Mark served as an associate advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale of investment properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Neely School of Business at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth Texas.
