He is responsible for acquisitions and disposition of real property. Prior to joining Brauvin and during his 16-year career he has been involved in the planning and development, asset management, disposition, financing, and acquisition of real property for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, VMS Realty Partners and Golub & Company.
Mr. Bain was principal of a real estate investment/appraisal/ counseling firm from 1990-1994. He is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), holds an Illinois Real Estate Broker's license and is a candidate for his MAI.
Mr. Bain received his B.S. in Business Administration in 1984 from the University of Arizona. Mr. Bain is involved in various civic and community commissions and task forces.
