Mark is a real estate negotiation expert, Commercial & Income Property Consultant and Small Business Advisor specializing in multifamily, office, retail, and industrial sales & leasing throughout Southern California. A lifelong South Bay resident, Mark grew up in San Pedro, studied at the University of Southern California, worked in Manhattan Beach (for a decade), and lives in Rancho Palos Verdes with his wife, their eight-year-old son, their German Shepherd and their Maine Coon cat. Full-time in real estate for over thirteen years, Mark is grateful for his career and resulting breadth of experience. Mark's career began with brokerage risk management, where he was responsible for researching, analyzing, and designing solutions for challenging real estate matters in support of top residential, multifamily, and commercial brokers. In doing so, Mark developed a wealth of specialized knowledge in varied real estate settings, and gained an intimate understanding of what can go wrong and how to hedge against it. In 2017, Mark founded an independent investment real estate brokerage that leverages his risk management background while exploring what can go right for his clients. Drawing experience from thousands of unique real estate transactions over the course of his career, it is both second nature and job one for Mark to help people “do more with real estate”. And the guiding principle of Mark’s service is a dedication to helping others and to adding value whenever possible and wherever necessary. An expert communicator, Mark exhibits natural comfort at the negotiating table and works to position his clients for success.
