Mark specializes in Commercial Leasing and Sales and handles commercial Property Management. Mark's business experience comes first hand as the owner/operator of a chain of five equipment rental stores in the Spokane, WA area for over fifteen years. Prior to that, he was the data processing manager for a large Southern California shopping center development/management company for 10 years where he designed and developed lease management and proforma systems. Mark had initially earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Montana in 1975.
For enjoyment, Mark is an avid drone enthusiast, he and Susan enjoy traveling and flying the drone, and shooting videos of spectacular scenic subjects. Mark received his Remote Pilot's Certificate in Sept 2016 which enabled him to shoot videos for commercial purposes. In April 2017, he received authorization to fly in Moses Lake with limited restrictions which clears the way for greater aerial marketing of our client properties.
